About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde New Stobhill Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

Very anxious. I knew there would be nothing available to calm my nerves. GP would not provide Valium as they are under pressure not to.

Dear maerae,

I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your experience. You can contact me via the hospital switchboard and ask for the Clinical Service Manager for Ophthalmology.

Best regards,

Liza Campbell

Update posted by Maerae (the patient)

I have to stress that all staff at the Day Surgery unit were lovely. Very caring. This is not a criticism of the team at all. I feel very appreciative of the care I have received. I feel however that there is an issue here that needs to be addressed as others may be experiencing the same response from their GP practice. I am happy to make contact
