"I was in positive spirits when I called"

I called for an inquiry regarding a follow up appointment and the receptionist answered the phone. I was trying to understand on how to get a follow-up but from the very start of the call, they had been rude to me and was trying to interrupt me. I was in positive spirits when I called and I believe I was very patient with how I was transferred to 4 different departments (Queen's to King George's and back and forth) and have been on the phone almost an hour yet they ruined my mood. With the way they talked to me, you can just ask them how their day had been and they were ready to snap your neck off. 

To the receptionist, may you or anyone important to you not have to go through what I went through with you. I wish you the very best.
