Stopped self harming
Mental health state better
Feel more settled
Better sleep
Having ear acupuncture weekly with my worker Tasha. Always falls asleep after and have more energy

It's great to hear that you are benefitting from regular auricular acupuncture and that you feel your mental health and sleep has improved. Your feedback is helpful and based on similar feedback, we will be offerring this twice a week from next month instead of once a week due to the increased demand.
