Phoebe came to see me a few weeks ago in A&E.
From the start, Phoebe made me feel listened to and respected. I have come across many health and mental health professionals in my life but Phoebe truly made a lasting impact. She instantly built rapport and showed kindness. I don’t think I could have asked for a better approach/person in what was truly my lowest point. My brother and sister were also very appreciative of her calm and supportive nature.
Overall, I just want to say thank you and I want to let you know how amazing you are.
