"Every member of staff went above and beyond"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My Dad unfortunately had to attend Monklands A&E due to an issue with a catheter he had following an operation this week.

A&E was incredibly busy but every member of staff went above and beyond to be friendly and reassuring. A special thank you to nurses Scott and Tracy who gave my dad the best care. Scott had the loveliest manner and really put my dad at ease at a very anxious time.

Thanks to the whole team for everything you do.

Thank you for sharing your experience of University Hospital Monklands, Emergency Department.

I can only imagine how worrying a time it must have been for your dad and I am so glad that Scott and Tracy gave him an excellent level of care to him and helped to reassure him. I am glad that despite the pressure our staff are under, they went above and beyond for their patients.

I will ensure your kind words are passed on to the whole team and especially Scott and Tracy who I am sure will get a real boost in hearing your feedback.

I hope you dad is recovering well.
