"Shout out to AAU department staff"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Acute Assessment Unit (AAU)

(as the patient),

I just want to give a big shout out to the staff in this department as they make you feel special and cared for they must see lots of people a day but the are patient and kind to everyone so if any bigwigs see this these wonderful people need being cared for as they care for others
