98+ lady had UTI and was cared and treated at home.
Had fatigue, confused and discomfort
Was in hospital last year with similar and the difference in recovery from being at home in own bed, home and environment made a massive difference in her recovery.
The nurse and staff where gentle and very good and really made the whole process positive experience. My grandmother still talks how gentle and caring Dennis the nurse was and really helped with her recovery.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to write this care opinion for our service that your grandmother received recently. We are so glad to hear that she felt being nursed in her own home has made a good difference to her recovery. Being in her own environment and surroundings and with family close by means so much to our patients and as you have identified has improved her recovery rate.
I will ensure to make Denis aware of this review. Its so lovely to know that staff make a difference to our patients.
