I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion shown by Nurse Laura (District Nurse) from the Armagh Friar Surgery. After being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and beginning a treatment plan that required regular draining of a drip every three days, I was understandably overwhelmed and anxious.

From the very first visit, Laura brought not only her medical expertise but also a level of kindness, professionalism, and reassurance that made a world of difference during an incredibly difficult time. Her visits became something I genuinely looked forward to — not just for the care, but for her warmth, empathy, and ability to make even the hardest days feel a little lighter.

Laura’s dedication and support have been invaluable. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect, and I truly cannot thank her enough. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had her as part of my care team, and I believe she is a shining example of what nursing should be.
