"Efficiently assessed and a care plan discussed fully"

About: NHS Grampian / GDENS (Grampian Emergency Dental Service)

(as a service user),

Tooth abscess. Sore.The pain started late on a Friday/early Saturday morning. Dental pain recurred. It grew stronger and stronger. Having had little sleep, I called NHS 24 and accessed dental care. I was given an appointment for two hours later. All staff were helpful pleasant and friendly. They listened to me and asked all the right questions. I was seen quickly and efficiently assessed and a care plan discussed fully with me.
