"All my personal care needs were met"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Acute assessment unit Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as a service user),

I want to praise the outstanding care of AAU. Not only the nursing team, but also the housekeeping staff who went out of their way proving gluten and dairy free food.

The nurses, student nurses and auxiliary nurses were kind and helpful and I felt completely looked after throughout my admission.

Following transfer to Ward A12, despite arriving late at 11.30, I was met with the unstinting patience of Jacob who went back and forth ensuring I was comfortable.

The day staff spent much time ensuring all my personal care needs were met too, Shirley and Jasmine were wonderful, Gail organised a very prompt discharge, I’ll be forever grateful.

Dear Lenny195

Thank you so much for your feedback about the care you received in AAU. It really makes a difference to the team to hear such positive feedback. I will pass this onto the team.

Hope you have recovered well

Take care

Nicola Green
