"Such dedicated staff"

I was admitted to Causeway Hospital after having laparoscopic procedure to remove my gall bladder in Kingsbridge Private hospital… I became very unwell 4 days later and attended CAU.  

I was admitted via ED to have emergency surgery and admitted to Surgical 2 ward.  As a nurse myself I was frightened and unaware of my future care.  

Staff on Surgical 2 were amazing… the level of care and devotion I was showed was 1st class.  

All staff were approachable and very knowledgeable.  I knew I was in great hands from start to finish.   I would like to show my appreciation to Sr Dyson and her team for the dedication and care they all showed to me at a time when I felt most vulnerable.  

Staff Nurses Tina, Hannah and Molly saying many thanks does not seem enough.  You made me feel comfortable and your attention to detail was amazing.  

The NHS is lucky to have such dedicated staff… also a word of thanks to the amazing medical staff whose expertise and exceptional “bed side” manner kept me aware of everything that was happening.
