"So many thanks and appreciation"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as the patient),

Having previously experienced a similar investigation I both knew what to expect and that it was likely to be a less than enjoyable half hour or so.

From arriving at the Endoscopy Unit to leaving, the staff could not have been more helpful and supportive. During the procedure the conversation was informative and good natured, with everything explained as it progressed.

Once completed, I received a clearly worded summary, which had the names of those who had been in attendance, so my thanks and appreciation are due to Doctors McCaughan and Murray, Anna, Ruth, Anna. and Shona, and Darling and Jennifer at Reception.

Good afternoon pilingsdz33,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback about your recent visit to RVH Endoscopy. I am glad you had a positive experience.

It doesn't matter how many times one attends for an endoscopy, I don't think they ever get easier. It is lovely to hear, though, that you felt supported and encouraged by so many staff throughout your journey with us. I will be sure to pass your thanks on to the whole team and especially those mentioned in your post.

Our team try their best to treat everyone with dignity and respect so it is lovely to hear when we gets things right. Once again, thanks for getting in touch. We appreciate all feedback. Can I wish you all the best for the future.

Kind Regards

Heather
