Got called through 25 mins after my appointment time, sat for 50 mins as text advised to be 10 mins early for appointment time. Waited all the time for a 5 min appointment. not great

My name is Suzie and I am one of the OpenClinic nurse team leaders. Thank you for taking the time to send in feedback; we really appreciate it. I am sorry that on this occasion you were kept waiting. I appreciate this is very frustrating. We strive to run on time but occasionally fall behind when there are staff pressures or patients with added complexities that we had not anticipated.
