"Hospital being paperless"

About: Barnet Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

Since I had a pacemaker implanted in 2011 only once has information been shared with my gp and that was after having to request it.  Ongoing I now need cataract surgery and they have requested information about my last pacing check, this is not available in my nhs app or sent to my gp. Why is this and how can it be made available to me the patient in case of need by a 3rd party? Surely if you want to be paperless it needs to be recorded for me to see. Please respond
