"Poor knowledge and bedside manner"

I feel the person I spoke to was arrogant and thought they knew more than the specialist that diagnosed me. Stated that they didn’t agree with meds and there is no proof that salt helps (there is plenty of research that it helps), and was adamant that the cure was physiotherapy and Pilates. I believe this is absolutely incorrect. They said I wouldn’t be able to stay on meds forever and was dismissive and didn’t ask any background questions. Just really arrogant and poor knowledge and bedside manner.
