(as a parent/guardian),

We’ve had a couple of experiences of using NISTAR transfers, with our most recent journey to and from Dublin. The service has been excellent with all staff polite, friendly and reassuring. Linda and Paddy brought our son back from Dublin this week after surgery. Linda spoke with us before and after the transfer, keeping us updated and offering words of support. She was professional and kind, her experience was clear and we felt very reassured with our son travelling with the team.
