"Everybody I dealt with was very sympathetic"

About: Emergency Department / Minor Injuries

(as a service user),

Waiting time to be seen in minor injuries was just over an hour. I initially thought only the finger nail came off but xray showed fracture.

Everybody I dealt with was very sympathetic, professional and took great care of me. I still have to go to fracture clinic but I have nothing but praises for nurses and doctors.
