"Supported and helped when I needed it"

About: Justice Teams / Lanark Justice Team

(as a service user),

I have now completed my Community Payback Order and one of the positive things I achieved whilst being on my order, was that I managed to cut down on my alcohol use. This is because it was something that my worker discussed with me every time I was in for an appointment and it really made me think about the choices I was making.

I don't have any suggestions for changes for my order. I feel that I was listened to by my worker and was supported and helped when I needed it.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback and experience with Lanark Justice Service. I am encouraged to hear of the positive experience that you have had whilst on Order. It it very important you feel you are listened to and understood by your supervising officer and any other staff involved and I am glad to hear that has been your experience. I am delighted to hear that you have made positive changes in regards to alcohol misuse and felt your worker supported you. I will ensure the Team are aware of your positive feedback, thank you again.
