About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a service user),

Called 999 very helpful on the phone ,paramedics arrived Amy-leigh and Lucy spent approximately 2 hours doing various tests they were very understanding and caring they made everyone feel at ease.

You hear of negative stories about the NHS but you couldn't fault the service an care we had last night from these two ladies .
