At St Georges Hospital, London I was at Gordon Smith Ward, Apheresis Lounge having a Plasma Exchange for 5 days and the staff was absolutely so friendly and professional. They worked together in unison and no issue was ever too much.
They helped each other out and had best patient bedside manner. I did not see any patients being miserable because the ladies kept it all light hearted.
I owe my experience as a positive one due to exhalant care.
They did an Oscar winning performance and I can not praise them enough.
