"I had a brilliant appointment"

About: Tiverton and District Hospital / Endoscopy Diagnostic Unit

(as the patient),

I arrived at Tiverton hospital at 9:00 for my procedure: Flexible sigmoidoscopy

Everyone was welcoming me but a huge thank you I want to say to one of the nurses, Natalia. My translator didn’t arrive and she offered to translate in Russian. She did really well I can’t thank her enough.

All of the staff was amazing but when Natalia was translating she made me feel so calm and definitely explained every single detail and that was beyond her work duties.

More staff like her.

Thank you for everyone

Hi fredis123,

My name is Jessica and I am the Clinical Nurse Manager at Tiverton Endoscopy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such lovely feedback as a new unit this is great to hear.

I am so glad to hear that you had a fantastic experience despite your translator not arriving and that Natalia was able to translate in Russian, helping you to feel calm during your time in the department. I will pass this feedback onto the whole team especially Natalia.

Kind Regards,
