"Has helped me in so many ways"

I was referred to OT by my surgery.  I can’t emphasise enough how important this was & how much difference the visits & phone calls from Mary has made to my life.

Mary has helped me in so many ways, even showed me the correct way to do something that I’d been doing for years, the wrong way as it turned out.

Mary put me in touch with other agencies which has made my mobility more stable, has improved my mental health & given me a much better outlook for the future.

Mary’s advice on methods of doing things & aids to use has been invaluable. The paperwork on said methods & aids is so useful to refer back to.  I can’t express enough the difference this referral has made to my life, all for the better. Mary’s personality & professionalism was a perfect balance for me.

The only downside to it all is that I didn’t know the service existed.
