Attended A&E with my daughter recently after she fell and hurt her arm. Whilst we did have a bit of a wait I must comment on how kind and professional all staff who attended to my daughter were.
My daughter was particularly taken with ANP Lorna. Her warm and friendly approach helped my daughter feel at ease. She explained exactly what she was doing in terms which my daughter could understand, helping her feel she had some control over the situation. Radiology staff were lovely too.
Thank you for the care and compassion shown throughout our visit.
