"Kind and professional staff"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / GP Out of Hours

(as the patient),

I had to be seen recently after work, I had been in pain all day in my back and generally didn't feel great. After being assessed, an appointment was arranged for the RAH OOH for 23:00.

From arriving, the receptionist was very pleasant, had a seat and didn't have to wait long, was then seen by the HCSW who took my obs, again she was very nice, kind and professional.

Then the GP called me to Dr Dayoma, I explained what was going on, and she examined me and advised me of what she thought it was and to follow up with my own GP. Though this is not why I wanted to share my story, it was because of Dr Dayoma, what a lovely, kind and professional GP. I felt she really listened and took the time to explain things, just her whole manner amazing. I haven't seen my GP in a good number of years, but felt reassured by one visit to Dr Dayoma... Thank you again
