About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Outpatients Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Rheumatology

(as a service user),

I have been under the care of the Rheumatology team at IRH for a while now.  Amanda is my specialist nurse and has been just amazing. Dr Connell is my Rheumatology Consultant and has been fantastic.  It took a while for me to accept my diagnosis of arthritis.  I have every confidence in the whole team.  Amanda  sorts out any trials and tribulations I encounter with empathy and professionalism and in a timely manner. I would also like to say thanks to the Rheumatology secretaries for dealing quickly with calls I have made to them. 

The staff at the Outpatients Department are  also really helpful and approachable when I have attended for my appointments.
