About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Rheumatology

(as a service user),

Due to see a doctor for an outpatient appointment at 15:30, still waiting at 16:30, all staff have gone home so nobody to ask, feel annoyed, frustrated and abandoned, nobody to approach in the department to talk to and ask how much longer it is likely to be, extremely poorly run.
