"It gave me a great sense of relief"

I approached Jonnie because at the time i was in crisis. I was struggling with managing my own emotions around my sons drug use as his risk taking behaviour was having a significant impact upon my own emotional wellbeing. I was feeling, fearful, anxious, and completely overwhelmed.

From my first session with Jonnie I was able to gain some perspective on the situation which gave me a great sense of relief.

Jonnie introduced me to The Jigsaw Journey model. What a fantastic model!! The jigsaw journey really allowed me to get a visual understanding of what had been happening and helped me to get into a place where the drugs where no longer driving my behaviour.

I have been able to implement this model which has helped me to make changes to my behaviour. I am so grateful to Jonnie for his kind, laid back and empathetic approach and for introducing me to the jigsaw journey mode.
