Good afternoon omegagg76,

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, it is wonderful to hear that the care your dad received felt so supportive and was delivered with kindness. It was heartening to learn that you felt staff kept you informed and calm while you were understandably worried and that you felt they went above and beyond for you.

It means such a lot to our teams to hear that they have a made a difference to those they care for and I am sure they will be delighted to hear your lovely words.

I would like to share your feedback with the clinicians who attended to your dad on the day and in order to locate them I would require the following information:

o Date and approximate time of the incident

o The address the ambulance was dispatched to

If you are happy to share this information, I can be contacted at:

Maggie.hamilton@nias.hscni.net

I wish your dad the best with his recuperation.

Kind regards,

Maggie
