About: New Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I recently attended the Endoscopy unit at the New Victoria and was apprehensive and concerned about the procedure I was about to have and the potential results.

However, as soon as I arrived I was put at ease, reassured and told everything that was about to take place. All of the Team, from Sister Gemma to a host of other nursing staff including Jean, Ann and Gail, it was evident that I could not have been in better hands.

Their care was outstanding and genuine and I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism and compassionate care. NHSGG&C should be especially proud of the team and the work they do.
