I was sent to Argyll House Dental at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with an emergency appointment via NHS111 during a May Bank Holiday weekend.
Strengths:
1. Kindness and professionalism of staff. All wore facemasks as I had asked owing to my very low blood cells counts. I was allowed to wait outside as a safety precaution.
2. Guidance about procedure to get prompt treatment.
3. Prescription of extra antibiotics
4. Successful extraction of several molar teeth a few days later in consultation with haematology ward.
I felt well looked after by a professional team.
"Very good dental care"
