After going through a traumatic surgery, I felt really isolated and stuck. Taking the step to start therapy was scary, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. Working with Fiona through cognitive behavioral therapy helped me more than I could have imagined. She created a safe, compassionate space where I could slowly start to rediscover myself.
Through her support and encouragement, I took small steps that led to big changes. I found my confidence again. Even though I finished therapy a bit earlier than planned, I felt ready to face the world. It was a truly transformative experience. I know now that if I ever need support again, therapy will always be there for me.
