"It can take an hour to get parked"

If you have to have a procedure where you are put under conscious sedation the hospital requires you to be collected from the ward however the parking is such a nightmare that it can take an hour to get parked and then cost a lot of money due to the time wasted looking for a space.

If they won't release the patient without a responsible adult collecting them I believe the least they can do is have a dedicated area for collecting them where you can leave you car and its free for a reasonable amount of time. e.g. enough time to get to the ward and back. To my knowledge other hospitals allow 30 mins free I find no reason L+D couldn't as well.
