"Exceptional Service"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Care of the Elderly Victoria Hospital / Rapid Access and Discharge

(as the patient),

I have been seeing my Consultant, Mr Woods, in Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline twice a year. The attention and care that he has provided me has been first class.

However, recently he has gone far and beyond what I would have expected. As my condition has worsened, Dr Woods has re-arranged schedules so that I might see him in Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. The time he has given me and the willingness to explore options has been impressive.

His manner, temperament and thoroughness tells me that he is on the way to an even more outstanding career than he already has.

On entering the RADA Unit, the welcoming smile of Nurse McCammon, with her highly professional manner, makes a patient feel supported and cared for immediately.

I have run businesses and recognise the need for outstanding customer service. Those two individuals are a fine example of doing a job well, and a very important job at that..

Hi Cuddledoon

My name is Anne Miller, I am one of the nurses working in the RADA Unit.

Thankyou so much for your feedback. It is great to hear that your experience attending RADA to see Dr Woods was a positive one. Our aim in RADA is to make it as comfortable an experience as possible.

I will make sure Angela and Dr Woods get this feedback.

Thankyou again.

Anne
