I received notification of an appointment via MyCare. On reading the letter it mentioned attached forms that needed to be completed by me before the appointment so they can be discussed then. No forms or anything for that matter were attached.
I telephoned the number for the OT dept shown on the letter, but got through to Jubilee Ward. I searched for NDDH then searched on the NHS website for the OT dept and found their contact number, so I rang there. Again a wrong number.
The member of staff who answered said they had someone else asking about the attachments earlier and that there are no attachments as they now just ask you the questions on the phone on the day.
Change the letter.
Change the phone number on the letter.
What a waste of my time and energy and, presumably, many others doing the same.
