(as the patient),

My consultation with Ben and 2 trainees was as perfect. Went through why I am experiencing my issues and different routes to tackle it. Went into lots of detail and asked lots of questions. Gave me information to take home and got sent for a blood test. 

The lady that did my blood test has got to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. And considering I was only in there for 2 minutes she made my day with her loveliness. Her name was Sadie.
