I had a MRCP MRI today which I was feeling nervous about, but the radiology staff today at the North West Cancer Centre- Decla, Sinead and Paula- were fantastic!
They explained what would happen in the MRI machine and gave reassurance that help would be there if things felt too much. (The music was great! The scan was done before I realised, the time flew!)Everything was well organised and well run by Decla, Sinead and Paula and I felt at ease straightaway! Sinead was understanding, attentive and bubbly throughout the pre-MRI checklist, Paula was informative and kind, and Decla was down to earth, so friendly and kindhearted.The MRI scan went well and I was in great hands with the experts! It’s reassuring and a blessing to know that we’re in great hands here. Thank you!
