"I need not have worried"

I attended Sir Robert Peel Hospital today for a minor, routine procedure. Absolutely everybody that I met today who worked at the clinic was kind and helpful and treated me with the care and respect that I expect from an amazing NHS. I have had such a pleasant visit and the staff I encountered today are a credit to the hospital. Unfortunately this is not always the case when I have attended medical appointments elsewhere which had made me nervous to attend the hospital for the first time, but I need not have worried. So, thank you.
