About: General practices in Fife

(as the patient),

Called in to Newpark Medical Practice early on a Monday morning, appt offered for an hour later. Seen and diagnosed with frozen shoulder, treatment offered for the following afternoon.

Very impressed with the speed of the service offered, I am now much more comfortable and waiting to start physio, unfortunately the NHS wait is 4-6 months, so will sort that out myself.

Thank you to Dr Kerr, for his care and efficient treatment.
