"I felt reassured and encouraged"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Therapies

(as a service user),

Following carpal tunnel decompression in my left hand I attended the hand therapy clinic for rehabilitation.

I was unsure as to what would happen at this appointment and how it would help.

On meeting with Andrew I felt reassured and encouraged to complete my treatment plan and found it to be very beneficial to my recovery.

Dear Speed100,

My name is Karen and I am the hand therapy lead here at North Devon District Hospital.

It is great that you felt Andrew's treatment benefited your recovery, and that you felt reassured and encouraged following his advice.

Thank you so much for leaving your feedback. It is always lovely to hear that our patients have had a good experience following their surgery.

I have passed on your feedback to Andrew.

Kind regards.
