About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted to day surgery unit due to a broken wrist recently.

I  would like to say how every member of staff was exceptional, very polite, introduced themselves and explained what would be happening regarding my surgery.

The staff were very attentive could not do enough for me with their care etc.  The staff were very tidy and the ward was spotless.

The staff made my experience  very calming and reassuring I cannot praise them enough; fantastic, very dedicated to their work and very pleasant people.
