"Great at handling queries and concerns"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Coronary Care Unit (CCU)

(as a relative),

My elderly relative received care and treatment in wards 5 & 8, following a sudden illness. Staff were great, with her (even though she was at times not as aware or insightful as usual) and with family. We really appreciated it. I know staff are very stretched so no one wants to seem a bother. However staff were great at handling queries and concerns and offering all sorts of care to meet all of her needs whilst she needed treatment and was too ill to be at home. They even helped with her hearing aid. They accommodated her significant hearing impairment when giving information etc. She continues to do recover at home but we wanted to recognise the care we received and I hope staff get this feedback. She also highly rated the food.
