"Excellent care"

My husband was admitted to ward 214 following an accidental burn at home. From the minute we entered the ward, we were met by lovely friendly staff who despite being very busy, kept us informed of what was happening. He was kept in and had surgery the following day. The staff were awesome(!). All so helpful, kind, compassionate and made the time to help my husband when he needed it.

Every single member of staff in the ward is a real asset to the NHS and all helped each other. 

We simply cannot praise everyone enough. I really hope the SCN knows how fantastic her team really are!
