I was seen by jackie and I thought she made me feel really safe and not judged. She made sure i knew everything and explained what she was doing very well so i was always in the know.
Jackie also made me feel less awful about myself by ensuring me this is okay. I really appreciate that because this was my first time at an STI clinic and it was definitely a good experience.
She was welcoming and smiley which calmed my nerves and when I went in because it’s very daunting experience.
