About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Totton and Waterside

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Thank you so much - you literally saved my life.

My GP referred to Frailty, what a great team - all kind, patient.

But A visited and immediately got me an XRay at Hythe Hospital, Within hours I was admitted to hospital and the consultant advised that if I had been left one more day then I would not have survived.

You even called when I was in hospital to check in on me - going above and beyond.

I am now on the mend.

I really cant thank you enough.
