"Three numbers and no answer"

About: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as a carer),

The three emergency numbers given out by Windsor House on their telephone message, they never answer the phone.

First number - No answer

Second number - Cuts off before it rings

Third number - Message: Sorry, this number is no longer available

I find this is utterly disgusting
