I recently attended the Pre-Assessment Centre for advice and testing prior to Bowel surgery. From the outset, I had contact with a highly professional and most welcoming team who were first class in all respects. Their briefings, explanations and testing were all very well explained with the provision of informative leaflets and other materials.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience of attending the pre-assessment department.
I am delighted to hear that the staff were welcoming and highly professional. It is important to us as a team that patients feel well informed and supported during the pre-operative period. This includes a verbal discussion during the assessment and paperwork to take home, as well as a telephone number with a point of contact.
