"They were so kind and caring"

About: Crieff Community Hospital / South Community Treatment & Care (CTAC) team

(as the patient),

I have been suffering with psoriasis for over 2 years. It has gradually got worse over time. It is sore and itchy. I had lots of big plaques all over my body, including my scalp, I eventually got light treatment and what a relief. The ladies there were so kind and caring. Even when I had awkward work situations, they were able to accommodate, so that I could get treatment before I went to work so that I would not have to take time off my work.

Dear cafefk54,

Thank you for taking the time to post feedback for the phototherapy team and I am so pleased to hear you had such a positive experience. It is also great to hear how accommodating the team were and shows a good person centred story of how we can meet the needs of our patients. I will ensure I share this with the wider team and our Senior Managers.

Thanks again,

Sharon Sime
