I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Kareen and all the staff on the Opthalmology Ward. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism.

The nurses were always attentive and took time to explain every procedure to me, which really helped ease my anxiety. The nurses were cheerful and caring even though they are rushed off their feet, and Doctor Rosie took the time to listen and explain the results to me

I’d like to give special thanks to Nurse Kareen. Her compassion, patience, and calm manner stood out throughout my visits. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed. She made me feel seen and heard, which meant a lot.
