"Great care"

I recently attended the A&E dept at Perth Royal Infirmary at around 07:15 after a hand injury whilst out walking my dog. Was triaged within a few minutes after arrival and was then seen by Francis, an ANP, who was so lovely.  He thoroughly examined my hand and then sent me for some X-rays which showed a spiral fracture of my left ring finger. Jo, the HCA, put my buddy strapping on and I then got my instructions for contacting the Ninewells hand clinic. Everyone I spoke to whilst in the dept were lovely and great at putting me at ease, especially Francis & Jo, and also Craig & Alison who were on the reception. I was home by 09:00. Thank you all.
