"Immediately I felt reassured"

About: Downe Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

A few months ago I attended the skin cancer clinic in the Downe Hospital. I was greeted by a lovely nurse practitioner called Rhonda.

Rhonda carried out the procedure reassuring me at all time. Immediately I felt reassured by her explaining the aftercare and when my results would be back.

I was quite worried about the results and have had melanoma. Again Rhona with her warmth, her smile and skills gave me my results which was benign.

I can't praise Rhona enough for her expertise, professionalism and being a kind human being.

It was a treat to have this procedure carried out in the Downe Hospital.
